We have used Advanced Heating & Air to help with our regular maintanence and repairs on both our heating and A/C units over the years (been in this house for 16 years).  They have always been kind, trustworthy, and dependable.  The time had come for our 23 year old downstairs A/C unit to be replaced (it was on it's very last leg).  At first they gave us all the options and were very open and honest about it.  Ultimately I knew it was best for us to just replace it.  They talked us through it and explained everything and answered all of our detailed questions.  They came back out to do all the necessary measurements to ensure the install day would be seamless. On the day we scheduled they were here on time and in force.  They pulled up with two very professional looking vans and all the parts, tools, and equipment they would need.  They layed down mats throughout the house to protect our carpet/flooring and they were very respectful of us and our things as they worked throughout our house to replace vents and returns along with accessing our attic to replace the heating exchange as well as the entire A/C unit and outside condenser. As the day progressed they explained things to us and were very respectful and kind.  They caulked all the vents/registers that they replaced and installed our new ecobee thermostats for us and walked me through registering for the app and setting up the basic settings. Matt was great! They were recommended to me by a friend, and I’ll recommend to anyone else. Service was personable, extremely knowledgeable, quick, and priced extremely fairly! He found the issue instantly, and I learned some things, and fixed it on the spot. Great company all around!
