We just got a whole new AC Pro system put in by Advanced a week ago, after our 34 year old system began to fail. We got several estimates for the job but no one impressed us as much as these guys. They told us it was a 2 day job and they were done in 1½. The entire crew was professional, hard working, friendly and caring. From the first office call, to Danny in the initial visit and estimate, thru the completed project, these guys were awesome! We'd give Advanced 10 stars but it only goes to 5. customer service was great. i got an appointment right away. the service man came right on time as scheduled. he diagnosed the problem and made suggestions. i'm still waiting on the quote and since the actual work of fixing the AC is not done i cannot give them a 5 star but they certainly have shown to be reliable and punctual!

After Coordinating with 2 HVAC companies. I made the decision to go with Advanced Heating and Air. They were honest when I asked questions about efficiency pricing and overall performance including warranty. They were professional patient friendly and I ended up saving almost a $1000 more compared with the other HVAC company, they also replaced all my vents. I would recommend them to anyone that's considering getting a new unit.
